Good location, close to main attractions and convenient for exploring the area. , the hotel offered affordable prices for visitors during the New Year's period. Another plus was the clean and comfortable bedding in the rooms.
There were a lot of negative aspects to our stay. The room was quite dirty, with an unpleasant odor and unclean linens.

Rooms are very basic and noisy, but what you get is what you pay and in this case you get even more ;-)

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the main attraction of the city. the rooms were well-equipped and modernized, providing all the essential amenities that you may need, like hot water and a comfortable bed.
the entrance and reception areas were congested and busy.

Cordial staff.
I was offered a room in a building away from the main hotel which was used as a parking area. Horrible arrangements. Heard, it is one of the oldest hotel! I didn't have any option as I reached there in the middle of night. Next morning I opted for another hotel nearby. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

The ambiance of the hotel was really bad totally unhygienic place. Will never go for any booking in that hotel. It was pathetic experience in that hotel.

Staff was very friendly and location was pretty good. I was looking for a budget hotel which should be located near golden temple. So, this hotel was a perfect choice.

I most like the location of Hotel Sita Niwas. It is situated very near Darbar sahib and the adjustment market is good.
